I had to return the shoes for the next larger size, which were promptly shipped! I find the velcro straps very helpful in making the width fit perfectly.

It's super comfortable (and easily adjustable to fit the width of your foot). It was such a pleasure to switch from a pair of "normal" sandals to these while I was teaching summer school. Could stand in these all day, and never feel sore. Highly recommend.
