Beautiful boot, April 20, 2012 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Everybody Women's Gollo Ankle Boot (Apparel) This is a gorgeous, very well-made and unique boot. That being said, I ordered size 39 for my narrow, in between size 8 and 8.5 foot, and they were much too big. My other pair of Everybody ankle boots in size 39 fit perfectly. I briefly considered what I could do to make them fit, but the back zip goes all the way down the heel, so I just didn't see how inserts would work, and thick socks would ruin the cutout detail. Since these didn't ship through Amazon, it was a hassle to exchange (had to send mine back by either paying for UPS pickup or dropping at a UPS store and then re-order another size). To date, I have not re-ordered because I'm not sure if it was a sizing fluke on this one pair or if I need the 38.5 or maybe even the 38, and I don't want the inconvenience of exchanging yet again. If you're considering these, I wholeheartedly recommend them based on style, comfort and quality. I'd just suggest ordering half size up from Amazon's sizing, but maybe a half size down from your... Originality and Stylish, March 1, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Everybody Women's Gollo Ankle Boot (Apparel) What can you say the look says it all! It has a character of it's own that will last a century! When I pulled it out of the box, I knew I made the right choice. I ordered a size larger from experience, I own shoes by "Everybody". They fit comfortably, just a little narrow. Eventually the stiff leather will soften. So happy with these I ordered another pair in the dark brown and didn't mind paying $4 more.
